It has been fantastic to see the sales progress of the 1st issue of Auto Tradition. Whilst it was appreciated that the publication would attract good numbers from the UK and Europe, it has been especially encouraging to note a considerable number of orders from the USA, Australia and New Zealand too. With the Special Feature being attributed to the 40th Anniversary of the death of Ronnie Peterson, it was refreshing to have so many nice comments from readers in Sweden. Darren Banks’ piece was well written an researched with excellent memories from Robin Herd, Keith Leighton, Tim Schenken and John Magee. Many have also commented on the right balance of features and photos and feel Auto Tradition has earned a rightful place in the market.
Auto Tradition Editor, Mike Jiggle, enthused, ‘Honestly, the reach, feedback and acceptability of a new printed magazine has been truly mind blowing for me. Whilst I knew there was a ready-made audience for the printed word over digital presentations, I couldn’t have imagined the initial sales, both as individual issues and those who have put their confidence in us by taking out subscriptions. It is now up to me and the AT editorial team to continue to strive to keep the enthusiasm going to repay the trust. Thank you.’
